Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug that rendered GIFs incorrectly.
• Reworked the Developer Credits System so that Developer Credits are now shared across applications.
• Reworked the Internet Download System that gets online resources in the background. As the required resources are tiny, there aren't any visible slowdowns. 
• The download system will now work without freezing 'LogoSaver.exe'.

New Features

• Added 'Fluorine Framework'. Fluorine Framework is a library created to help make Alexware Applications easier and faster to create.
• Added the beginnings of a Translation System. It won't be in use but can be used to customize your copy of LogoSaver. Once the Translation System is completed, an application configuration transfer application will be included.
• Added a startup sound when LogoSaver starts up successfully. This can be configured inside 'Configuration/app.json' . 
• Added a configuration option: CONFIG_APP_STARTUPSOUND.
• Added a configuration option: CONFIG_APP_BORDERS.
